Kade Smith is a student at Spotswood College in New Plymouth. He wants to raise funds for the trip of a lifetime to Cambodia and Vietnam under the auspices of a group who arrange such trips to aid schools in other countries to improve their infastructure

Kade is my Grandson. He attends Spotswood College in New Plymouth, New Zealand.

Kade, along with other's in his year, with the assistance of Antipodeans, an organization that takes teenagers on an expedition of their lifetime to 3rd world countries, to work closely with a local community and provides students with real cultural insights and a better understanding of the world. Project work is varied and involves working to improve the infrastructure of local schools and interacting with local children.

The students will also get the opportunity to trek and explore the wonders of these locations.

We are looking for all the help we can get for our grandson Kade, who will be 17yrs at the time of the trip. This will be a trip that will help change, grow & develop the adult he is to become. Kade is planning on finding a part time job to help pay for this opportunity, however, we also wish to help raise the money and ask all those that can help with finances or with employment in New Plymouth. Total cost of trip is $NZ7790.00 plus spending money/visas/ digital camera/pack/boots/vaccinations/passport etc
